Target group

This course is designed for participants with little or no leadership experience who are/will be responsible for leading their teams and creating an environment in which people can excel and develop.

 

Central idea

Taking over leadership responsability also means starting a new job in new fields without too much preparation and experience. This course will help to lay out the base on which a sustainable performance as a teamleader can be attained.

Method

Based on short theoretical inputs, ideas and experiences will be analysed and conclusions drawn. Strong focus on transfer into professional work of participants.
